The US and Russia bear agreed to a prisoner swap between basketball vital person Brittney Griner and arms vendor Viktor Bout.
Griner used to be arrested at Moscow airport in February for possessing cannabis oil and final month sent to a penal colony.
Viktor Bout, is named the ‘merchant of loss of life, has been locked up in the US for the past 12 years after being convicted of gun-running in the years after the fall of the Soviet Union.
